Intelligence for cancer global health
Institute of Cancer Policy
Over the last decade the ICP has published over 100 peer reviewed reports covering all areas of cancer public policy, from a critical analysis of the future of cancer drug development to global commissions on childhood cancers, surgery and affordable cancer care systems. The recent Series on Cancer Systems and Health Burden in India and Affordable Cancer Care, three years on, reflect the ICP’s breadth of work both with issues germane to high income countries and emerging / low income countries. We also work with discipline specific networks on major areas of public policy, for example childhood cancers. One of the cornerstones of the ICP approach is long term, sustainable policy partnerships. In childhood cancers we have now been working for over a decade with the research networks on sequential policy programs.
